What stays on your device
Your tasks, completion history, timer progress, scene, sound and font preferences are stored locally using your browser's storage. This website does not send those contents to our server. We do not provide accounts or cloud synchronization.
Website hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the website involves processing connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request timestamps. Cloudflare may process this information for security, reliability and operating its services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics, cookies and third-party assets
We do not add advertising, marketing trackers or analytics scripts to this version. We use local storage to remember your timer and preferences; it is not used for advertising. Fonts, scene images and sounds are served by this website or generated on your device. Hosting security measures may use necessary technical storage.
Notifications and audio
If you enable browser notifications, your browser asks for permission. Notifications are generated locally while the website is running. We do not register a remote push subscription. You can revoke permission in your browser's site settings. Audio plays locally and does not use your microphone.
When you contact us
If you email hello@topomodoro.com, your email provider and ours process the message. We use your email address and message to answer your request. Avoid including sensitive information. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; you can contact us to request deletion.
Retention and deletion
Local timer data stays until you clear this site's browser data, use “Delete local data” in Settings, or your browser removes it. There is no server copy from which we can restore your tasks or history. Local deletion does not remove emails you have sent us or hosting-provider logs.
